In accordance with Paypal’s protection policy, we send all orders that total (including shipping) over $200 signature required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes on orders over $200 because of Paypal’s protection policy.
For domestic customers other than the lower 48 states (HI, AK, and PR) shipments will be sent via USPS to maintain your lowest possible shipping cost. All items will be declared as actual value, we do not mark as gift or at a reduced value! Shipping costs are not figured into the declared value.
Shipping is based on weight, size, and number of packages. We try to consolidate as many items into one box as we can. Some items can not be combined due to size or weight.
New & unused items may be returned within 30 days of invoice. Items must be in the original packaging. All video tapes, software, books and electrical items MAY NOT be returned! Please call our eBay CUSTOMER SERVICE department to check the status of your refund. Shipments must be PREPAID using UPS, US Mail, or FedEx Ground. Collect shipments will be refused. For your protection, we recommend insuring the package for the full value. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Freight on new returns may be deducted from the refund amount if the original sale had free shipping. Please note, in some cases, a restocking fee also may be deducted from the original amount. For defective returns, please provide as much information as possible in the return request. Please provide pictures if possible (for both the item and the packaging). To return an item, please follow the steps below:
Request a return authorization through your eBay account.
Wait for an RGA number to be issued
Write the RGA number on the outside of your shipping box, and ship the item.
Wait for the return to process and refund to be received. This process may take up to 5 days. Most returns are processed within 24 hours.
Most parts come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty on the part ONLY. This warranty DOES NOT include labor cost for installation and removal or shipping. PERFORMANCE PARTS HAS NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BEYOND THE WARRANTY OF THE MANUFACTURER. If additional warranty information is required, please call us prior to installation. For all warranty returns, request a return authorization (as detailed above), including a detailed description of the warranty issue and a contact phone number.

We do our best to display images of the actual product being sold. Occasionally, we use a universal image because the manufacturer has not supplied us with a photo. In some cases, the image being displayed may be different due to a running change by the manufacturer, for which a new image has not be supplied.
