Samis Shop is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. We have outlined below our Standard Return and Damaged and Defective Items policies. If you have any questions or concerns about these policies, please contact our Customer Care Department.
All items sold on the eBay Marketplace BY Samis Shop are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the full price of the item minus the return shipping costs. If the purchase was sent with "free shipping" the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
Please note that if an item is received in less than new condition, a 50% restocking fee will be charged. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
There are a few exceptions to this policy:
Health & Beauty Consumables
Items with Lithium Batteries
Chimney/Stove Pipes & Flashing
Bulk Bagged Granular Products (e.g. rock salt, sand, cat litter, etc)
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:

Please let us know within 5 business days of receipt if the item you received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Photos of defective or damaged items are likely required. Some items may need to be returned. In that case, a prepaid label will be sent. Your Customer Care Specialist will guide you through the process. Items that are defective may be covered under a warranty. Depending on the situation, we may provide you with the Manufacturer's Contact Information to seek a replacement.
After 30 days, all warranties are the responsibility of the original manufacturer. Samis Shop makes no additional warranty implied or assumed, other than those of the original manufacturer unless otherwise noted.
